A2) Sit-out

A3) Alt. Clean

A4) Elephant Walkout w/ Push-up

A5) Russian Twist

A6) Alt. Overhead Press

A7) Alt. Bent-over Row

A8) Farmer Carry

A9) 2-handed Clean to Squat

A10) Burpee

Aerobic Conditioning:

Jog for 10 min. and then walk at fast pace for 5 min. Repeat 1x. for total of 30 min.
