Kettlebell Conditioning:

KB: 16kg

3 rounds

10x Double Swing

10x Double Snatch

10x Double Clean & Press

10x Front Squat

10x push-Up

10x Bent-Over Row

Aerobic Conditioning:

Jog for 5 min. and then walk at fast pace for 5 min. Repeat 3x, for total of 30 min. training period.
