A2) KB Reverse Lunge x5/side

A3) KB 1-arm Swing x10/side

A4) Elephant Walk x5

Repeat for 3 sets

B1) KB 1-arm Rows x6/side

B2) KB Goblet Squat x5

B3) KB Snatches x12/side

B4) Hip Flexor Stretch x15s/side

Repeat for 3 sets
