Started with two reps of each, on both sides. Then, add two reps, and continued to add reps by twos until I peaked at 8—then I descend in the same manner.

KB Complex: 16kg

A1) One Arm Swing

A2) Clean and Press

A3) Snatch

A4) Goblet Squat

KB Core Conditioning: 16kg

10x Double Swing + 1 Elephant Walk

8x Double Swing + 2 Elephant Walk

6x Double Swing + 3 Elephant Walk

8x Double Swing + 2 Elephant Walk

10x Double Swing + 1 Elephant Walk
